Over Too Soon To Distract From The Election

Congrats to the Red Sox, whose players I have nothing against. Too bad it's Boston fans who get to celebrate. Hopefully there'll still be some of that city left by morning. At least it wasn't Philly who won. Those fans would have taken out at least a third of the US before they passed out. I'd like to think this means we (those of us off the east coast who really don't care) can finally stop being hammered by the media over this "curse" crap, but now the story will be the same, just cast in terms of "curse for many years, finally broken....but let's revisit again all those years of curse."

Oh yeah! And as a bitter Mariners' fan, it's nice to see the team A-Rod could have played for win. Keep picking them winners, Alex. Or at least keep working on your slap.
