This is still probably better than rat's milk.

Cleaning fluid was accidentally packaged in cartons of fat-free milk sent to an elementary school, but a teacher noticed the odd taste and no students were hurt.

Since we're talking fat-free milk (blue water as my dad calls it), I think it was more that the teacher actually noticed a taste period that was the clue.

I read that to mean that the cartons contained milk tainted with cleaning fluid -- a cheap high indeed.
